Termite Inspection Reports are sent to you which list all of our findings from the above in a 14-page report with photographs, to help give you a clearer understanding of your property and its surroundings. A termite proposal may be attached to the report if your property requires any Termite treatments, Termite Protection or a Termite management system.
What’s involved in a visual termite inspection?
During a visual termite inspection our licensed and experienced technicians will inspect the proposed property looking for any signs of:
- Active subterranean termite.
- Termite nest.
- Visual evidence of subterranean termite.
- Previous Treatment Evidence.
- Termite Management Notices.
- Wood decay (also known as dry rot).
- Conditions that are conducive to timber pest infestions.
- Conditions Conducive to Undetected Termite Entry.
All of the above is also carried out as per the Australian Standards AS 3660.2 – 2000.
